Be careful, Col. or you'll be deplatformed for the sin of Anti-Semitism. (IE: Letting the truth about Israel slip out.)

Israel-firsters claim that the relationship between Israel and USA is mutually beneficial, but it sure reminds me of this-

Several years before he passed away, CAPT Ward Boston, JAGC, USN-Retired, who served as the senior legal counsel for the USN’s Court of Inquiry into the Israeli attack on the USS Liberty, prepared a four page declaration for the record.

In this document, CAPT Boston stated that based on his discussions with ADM Isaac Kidd, who served as President of the Court of Inquiry, “…President Lyndon Johnson and Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara ordered [Kidd] to conclude that the attack was a case of ‘mistaken identity’ despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.”

The Ward Boston declaration can be found online here:

Several years ago, during a Retiree Appreciation Day event at Fort Leavenworth, I saw a man wearing a USS Liberty ball cap in the CGSC bookstore. I approached him and asked if he was on the ship the day it was attacked. He answered in the affirmative. I did not ask for details, but clumsily offered an apology for the shabby way he and the other members of his crew had been treated by our nation. He thanked me and we went our separate ways.
