Well, there you have it. Joe doesn't want to talk about the wounded sexual assault perp handcuffed to his bed. No, he wants to talk about the kid with a rifle, the white kid with the rifle. Anyone ever read "Lancelot" by Walker Percy?
In Joe's one sided obsession with the kid and Charlottesville, the future of America (or whatever it will be called) in a Biden figurehead presidency can be clearly seen.

Joe's bad Irish, working class racist ancestors will have to be scrubbed clean by the Ministry of Truth.

Blake's now not being charged with anything and the handcuffs have been removed, I believe he is paralyzed though.
Sen Rand Paul believes the protesters that harassed him and his wife last night meant to do them bodily harm, if not kill them. He also thinks they are paid operatives, will this be investigated, I don't think so.
A rough ride ahead for sure.

24 protesters at the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville are defendants in a civil suit engineered by self-described "loud-mouthed Jewish lesbians from New York."
Their stated intent is to bankrupt the individuals: "hound them for payment for the rest of their lives;" to "crush" such protest movements.
The Jewish plaintiff's lawyers have accumulated millions of dollars, seeded with a $100,000 donation from ADL.
Defendants have been harassed from ability to use GoFundMe; have been unable to find counsel willing to take the case; have been subject to stiff fines imposed by the court for failing to produce certain items in a timely fashion. One Defendant who had found a lawyer was ultimately unable to pay him, whereupon the lawyer got court's permission to terminate representation.
Charlottesville is a center of legal talent in Virginia, drawing upon UVa's very fine law school.
But the Old Line law firms seem to have aged out, or been bullied into silence.
Realize that this is a CIVIL suit, brought for the express purpose of bankrupting and "crushing" the UtR protesters. Unite the Right participant James Fields was tried by the State and convicted of homicide after his car drove into a crowd of counter-protesters. A public defender represented Fields, poorly, and he was sentenced to 400 years in prison.
Contrast the situation Fields was tried and sentenced for, with that of many, many of the participants in BLM 'protests,' where deliberate mayhem, destruction and even death were perpetrated, but nobody seems to have been arrested or charged.

The Antifa victims of Rittenhouse in Kenosha were cockroaches coming out of the cracks. It is expected with 30 million unemployed and 40 years of bipartisan deindustrialization and free trade.
Having said that, a 17 year old, driven to Kenosha by his mom, armed with an AR-15 is a really stupid idea and an accident waiting to happen. The Kenosha police apparently were supportive of a militia rabble; this is inherently unprofessional. If the Kenosha police had sent the militia rabble home, this would not have happened.
Does the US Army or Marine Corps send 17 year olds out into urban environments untrained and fully armed without experienced guidance?
If this sort of thing continues, things are going to blow.

The open question is if Trump wins the election what will the Democrats do? Hillary has already advised Biden to not concede. What happens in states like Michigan and North Carolina if they’re unable to call their election due to contested ballots?
What will Trump do if DC, NY and other big cities riot in scale? He’ll be POTUS until January.

BTW my Francophone ancestors arrived in Canada in 1617 and the Anglos in 1802. That branch moved back to the states in the the late 1830s after the rebellion against the crown which split the family.

But who else would take the top of the ticket at this time, under these circumstances? My money is on Eric Swalwell. Maybe Wasserpoodle would take one for the team - the historic two woman ticket - Florida remains in contention. At least I think that would make it a two female ticket, but it might need blood tests for confirmation.

Since arriving 1687, there was never a time when my own, now well-expanded and highly dispersed, family name members were not involved in politics and government. This family name tradition was the mother's milk, upon which I was raised. Never thought much about this until now. I like our country. Deep roots within the family stories do create a sense of protective stewardship.
