This just in--Flynn's crooked Prosecutor, who has lied to Judge Sullivan's court and withheld evidence from Michael Flynn, has withdrawn from the case. I do not know if Van Grack jumped or was pushed. It is possible that he is stepping down after being told he needed to drop the case. Or, maybe he is smart enough to realize he faces potential criminal penalties for his illegal actions taken against Michael Flynn.
Here is his letter:
This is very good news for Michael Flynn and certainly reflects a growing recognition among the Mueller co-conspirators that the gig is up. They have been caught and Bill Barr is ensuring that their mendacity and criminality will be fully exposed.
Drop the charges!!!!

I see Mr Willman's subsequent article has confirmed the case is dropped.
As someone quite unfamiliar with procedure in the US might I enquire -
1. The Motion to Dismiss details misconduct by some Government employees. In such circumstances is further action usually taken?
2. Does General Flynn get awarded costs and compensation?

President Trump:
“He was an innocent man, he is a great gentleman, he was targeted by the Obama administration, he was targeted in order to try and take down a president and what they’ve done is a disgrace, and I hope a big price is going to be paid,”
I hope so too. Again, Larry, thanks so much for your work. Maybe De Niro can also play Van Grack in the General Flynn movie, he seems to like to play criminals.

There's lots of ass covering in that 20 pages. When are these particular scoundrels going to get charged for their criminal conduct?

EO
Bob Willman should answer these questions. My great bitch against De Niro is that his idiocy makes it impossible for me to watch "Ronin," one of my favorite "entertainments."
