Yes, this is great for the civilian population but it is wonderful for the coming government (R+6) offensive into Idlib Province. This will be a main supply route (MSR) for that offensive.  pl

This is not about "fooling" the rebels. They know the government will use the road for military purposes and don't care anymore. pl
