Sir,

You I believe.

Tyler

Bill,

Trump is a noted teetotaler who, as you pointed out, doesn't smoke.

There's also the fact that Melania is 30 years younger than that and I imagine there's a reason for that beyond "He's rich and funny".

Tyler

I don't mind being compared to you but If Raven wants to be nasty then he/she/it is done here. pl

From Breitbart:

On Friday’s "PBS NewsHour," New York Times columnist David Brooks argued that in the discussions after the shooting of police officers in Dallas, and the shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, “it doesn’t help that we have an American political debate with basically one all-white party.”

I am watching the first of the two tapes of PBS-Clinton and I notice that the audio is just a little out of synch with the video. It makes for a very unsettling effect and could contribute to making Clinton look strange and unwell. The out-of-synchness is maybe a 32nd of a second or less, but just enough to be very strange.

The #NeverTrump crowd and National Review speaks out on this whole police violence issue. Bill Kristol's #NeverTrump candidate for President, David French, was able to explain the reason for the police violence. Hint: it's not just racism by evil whites, but greedy local government exploiting black people.

"At the same time, it’s just as dishonest to pretend that police abuse is a fiction or that official racism has been vanquished. It is a simple fact that some police departments have covered up police misconduct ([Laquan] McDonald’s case comes immediately to mind) or, typically at the behest of their political masters, systematically abused the citizens they’re sworn to protect, turning them into ATMs for the state through excessive and burdensome fines and citations."

Yeah I imagine you do.

A subject that has not been focused on in the complaints about the Hillary Clinton private e-mail system is something that is in addition to fact that the contents of a message were classified and secret. This problem exists if the classified contents had previously been encrypted by the foreign country or organization from which it was intercepted. The NSA veteran, code-breaker, whistle-blower, and supervising creator of the mass surveillance system that solved the problem of sorting massive amounts of incoming data -- William Binney -- has asserted that if a Clinton e-mail contained the plain text of an intercepted, encrypted communication, then the other country would know that the U.S. has broken that country's code and will change their type of encryption, among other damaging consequences to the ability of the U.S. to collect information on the intentions and capabilities of foreign nations.

This adds the dimension of harm in what Hillary did, in addition to the basic fact of mishandling secret and classified material. This is also perhaps the most important aspect of the problem, but it was not a dominant focus of the hearing before the congressional committee on 7 July, which produced the surreal spectacle of the Director of the FBI defending the idea that Hillary should not be prosecuted for mishandling classified information. She did not have to hire a lawyer to say that, or spend money on ads to say that. She just sat back and watched the FBI director dance and do it for her, while she and her husband Bill are known violators of the law as well as being common thieves (on Bill Clinton's last day in office, on the way out, they improperly took items with them from the White House; in other words, they stole stuff).

Ken Roberts

@Jack ... That is an outstanding article. Thank you !

hemeantwell

Agreed. It would be better to use Left-Right re political economic issues and use different terms to discuss identity politics, which might be better termed social equality issues. Clinton is thoroughly neoliberal and neocon, carrying through on the antiregulatory corporatist stance of the DLC and the dollar/oil imperialism of the neocons. To her, labor unions are simply an eroding funding source.

Bill Herschel

Oh, Lord. She does have serious health problems, and we can be certain that they are minimized as much as possible.

http://abcnews.go.com/Health/hillary-clinton-blood-clot-life-threatening-medical-experts/story?id=18101213

"Clinton, 65, was hospitalized at New York-Presbyterian Hospital Sunday. She suffered a concussion earlier this month after she hit her head when she fainted because of dehydration from a stomach virus, according to an aide."

She went on to have, "In an update from her doctors, Clinton's brain scans revealed a clot had formed in the right transverse venous sinus, and she was being successfully treated with anticoagulants [coumadin]."

Throw in "We came, we saw, he died [giggle]," and you have the best part of a horror movie.

She's nearly 70 years old. She's pretty close to being unfit to be a greeter at Walmart. Not quite, but close. And we are going to make this individual President of the United States?

Cee

hemeantwell,

She says one thing trying to mimic Sanders and supports another. TPP is an example

Cee

The first sign that people are willing to risk the unknown

They saw how Greece was punished so they still "ate the strawberries"

Cee

Tyler,

You made me laugh. Shame on me. But, this is why she's wearing those designer feed bag looking tunics and jackets.

Bill Herschel

I know that Clinton can justify this program, but is there anyone here that can? The Dallas psychopath had figured out a reason to justify his actions based on perceived injustice (he who had been dismissed from the Army for sexual harassment). What is the justification for our country's continued summary execution of foreign citizens? This is not the rule of law. This is rule by a secretive clique who have contempt for democracy. If you want to call that the Borg, fine. I prefer "secretive clique who have contempt for democracy". A clique that definitely includes "Private Server" Clinton.

"President Obama simultaneously issued an executive order that called on government agencies to adopt stricter guidelines and develop better technology to reduce the risk of killing innocent people in places where the United States is not a declared combatant. Those include Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia and Libya. Additionally, the order — which can be repealed or amended by Mr. Obama’s successor — calls for the annual release of civilian casualty numbers from drone strikes.

While the order is a step toward greater transparency, it is curious that Mr. Obama waited until near the end of his presidency to do this. At the same time, his administration continues to fight in court to prevent the disclosure of documents that would offer substantive information about the legal underpinnings of the program and the criteria the government uses to authorize strikes."

HDL

This often happens when the video is digital and the audio analog. Disconcerting.

Bill Herschel

What is the basis for you calling Johnson a psychopath other than to make yourself feel good about your inability to understand his motivation? He had a cause. It was to go to war against white controlled America. that is not evidence of a psychotic state. If it is, then IMO the whole USMC 1st Division grew progressively more psychotic as the War in the Pacific tore at them massively. pl

Tyler

Dave,

Brooks, simpering little coward that he is,will never describe the Democrats as an "all black party", because he is a cucked little shell.

Tyler

Dave,

French is another pathetic cuck who agreed that white rural America needed to die.

Personally I love how these (((libertarians))) go on about "individual rights" suddenly become massively in favor of walls and random searches when you bring up Israel.

Tyler

Bill,

Do blacks ever have agency?

Edward Amame

Tyler,

Right, because according to a 2012 Gallup tracking poll, blacks made up about 22% of the Dem party and about 2% of the GOP.

Edward Amame

I didn't see the show Fri nite, but I'm surprised that Shields was surprised when surprise!, HRC spun Comey's remarks into an exoneration.

different clue

Jack,

Perhaps some of Trump's surrogates and spokesfolk should try out the word "Trumpexit" on various audiences and media outlets . . . and just see how it works. "Vote for Trumpexit and jump off this runaway stagecoach." If it does well, Trump can start experimentally adopting and using it here and there if he pleases. If it does badly, he can passively disown it by quietly pretending he never heard of it to begin with.

Tyler

Edward,

Blacks vote en bloc with 90%+ of their votes going to Democrats. Don't play word games with me.

I thought you were banned for being a disingenous (((Soros))) shill, anyway.

Fred

Bill,

"The Dallas psychopath..."
None dare call him a racist. After all he was only trying to kill white police officers. Black Lives Matter. The others, not so much.
