Of course that's what he means. He gets openly aroused by the idea of federal mandarins enforcing progressive ideology.

The UN has decided Europeans don't have rights. Its why the rest of the world has a right to "migrate" (i.e. colonize) white countries, but whites have no rights to migrate to Africa/Asia en masse.



Why the argumentative style? You know as well as I do that if social mores or cultural values in a given area by any group of people (political opponents or not) result in laws being passed that attempt to restrict rights guaranteed by the constitution to all then those laws are unconstitutional and unenforceable. That's all I'm saying - nothing more and nothing less. The problem is the right wing in this country doesn't like the fact that various groups have used the courts to guarantee the rights provided to them in the constitution.


I've never once said anything about my side (as opposed to your side or any side) being able to do anything unconstitutional to others in terms of rights.

Who is they? I'm not sure what you are referring to but your free speech rights doesn't guarantee your speech need be agreed to by all. If someone who owns a sports team says something and others disagree you can't force them to continue to support the sports team.

Is 2A second amendment? I'm not sure I've ever said anything about it. All I would tell you is if some groups gets a law passed that you feel takes away your rights then go to the courts. That's why they're there.

So the answer is no, you can't prove the existence of your or any other 'god'.

First of all that's from the DOI and not the constitution. Second, they expressly used the word 'creator' and not 'god'. That's because most of the signers were deists who didn't believe in your version of 'god'. Had they believed they would have used the word 'god'. They didn't.

I think Kid Rock is correct also. I think some of you guys are conflating pressure to conform with laws passed abrogating rights which turn out to be unconstitutional. The two aren't the same thing.

Now, GM, that's a different story. I suppose they have to balance how many additional cars they can sell to Kid Rock fans with how many sales they lose to those who don't like him using that flag. I have no problem with pressure brought to bear on public corporations. No one should be able to force anyone to do business with people who make them feel unwelcome.

KR is a good guy. From what I have read he's spent a lot of money he's made helping his fellow citizens in Michigan. Plus, he has good taste in women (politics aside).



The msm harps on the lie that blacks are continually harassed and endangered by racists whites by portraying white and black crime as endemic and ignoring the more frequent black on white incidents. The following report, if reversed, would be considered a hate crime and spotlighted on the news.

The important question is why wasn't the good reverend, his boss Al Sharpton and fellow preacher Jesse Jackson not demanding action by the Attorney General when WallStreet and company's predatory lending schemes destroyed black home ownership in the US? Well, at least they got that flag down in Charleston. Which rights the law that required it fly on the capital grounds you can fill me in on, since no demand was made that the flag being there was abridging anyone's rights and only became a demand after a mentally ill drug user killed 9 people in a church.
