Well as far as I know there has been a military campaign with French boots on the ground in Mali and the French still have about 3 000 men there, in addition to "regional forces" from Tchad ... so despite shortcomings in Mali intervention, it has nothing to do with what happened in Libya. Doesn't mean things are done there, but from my perspective it was a much better effort.
