Starz Renews "The Missing"

The freshman series gets an 8-part sequel.

December 16, 2014

Starz announced today that The Missing has been renewed for a second season. The freshman drama, which was recently nominated for a Golden Globe in the Best Miniseries category, still has three episodes remaining in its eight-part first installment, which concludes January 10.

Another eight episodes have been ordered for the show's next season, which will again be written by Harry & Jack Williams. The story will include a new case, characters, and location, but like Season 1 will again unfold over two time frames.

Thanks, we're addicted to tv series. Just finished Season 2 of Copper which you previously recco'ed.
Starting The Knick and although I'm not too theatrically squeamish, the amount of flowing blood the first few episodes did give me pause. Fortunately, the blood flow ebbs while the bodies keep piling up and it is a compelling look at medicine in 1900.

Col. Lang I have been wasting time reading the history of the Battle of the Bulge. 70 years ago during this time of year.
You might consider a memo on this to the committee of correspondence. Here is the link I started with. http://www.history.army.mil/books/wwii/7-8/7-8_12.HTM
Best wishes for the season. Merry Christmas.
