I made venison Tourtière, thanks for the link. I am surprised at how well it came out and how easy it is to make.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and lots of leftovers to enjoy without the family dramas...lol
The Torts where gone in less than 60 seconds, brats devoured both of them...thanks for recipes...
That menu sounds really interesting, especially the Olive oil poached Cod, saffron broth...

Good post Jake. A generous gift to your local food bank would be money well spent. Its a tragedy to have so many hungry in the midst of so much.
