If we are actually concerned about man-pad AA rockets why don't we buy them off the market and round up the black marketeers at the same time?

Further elaboration by PL on earlier radio comments that help unravel the somewhat mysterious goings on in Libya and elsewhere in MENA.
No one seems to know if MQ will cut and run or die a martyr?

There has been mention lately that a major US contribution has been the use of Predators. Where are they being launched from? Egypt? Tunisia? Sicily? Or even from Libya, which presumably would mean US boots on the ground.
