Curious, but isn't targeted killings terrorism by other means?
Or terrorism, targeted killings other means?
I agree with the Colonel, that some things are better done than explained, but why all the moral justifications?
Wars are about enforcing your will on the enemy, not "winning hearts and minds" or "bringing democracy to the Middle East" or "caring about the status of Muslim women" or other foolish notions.
Just say we are using tactics learned from the only man to conquer both the Middle East and Afghanistan...
